{"id":7,"date":"2020-05-05T16:34:56","date_gmt":"2020-05-05T15:34:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.1.201\/BallinrobeFRC\/?page_id=7"},"modified":"2023-02-10T13:21:24","modified_gmt":"2023-02-10T13:21:24","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ballinrobetacufrc.com\/?page_id=7","title":{"rendered":"About Ballinrobe FRC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>BALLINROBE FAMILY RESOURE CENTRE LIMITED. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objects for which the Company is established is to establish, promote and operate a family resource centre and development programme, which will act as a focus and catalyst for development for the community of Ballinrobe and surrounding areas, with a view to promoting their economic and cultural welfare and particularly to empower specific disadvantaged groups to effectively participate in a programme of personal and social development.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong>Vision Statement<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tac\u00fa\u2019s vision is of an inclusive and equitable community that values individuals, families and community groups, enabling and celebrating their contribution to society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong>Mission Statement<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tac\u00fa Family Resource Centre provides an appropriate and integrated response to the identified needs of individuals &amp; families of the area in a caring manner that is egalitarian, non-judgemental and has an anti-poverty, anti-exclusion focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong>Guiding Principles \/ Statement of Values<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tac\u00fa Family Resource Centre will ensure certain basic values are manifest in how we work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A commitment to Family Support &amp; Community Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This will involve us staying true to the principles of equality, social justice, to recognising that the resources of society are distributed unequally to the disadvantage of certain groups, to participation, inclusion, and recognising the capacity of all members of society to work together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A commitment to these values will also reflect in our approach to our work that will emphasise working with people in situations of greatest disadvantage.
